Our customer service team aims to respond to your query within one working day. Our normal customer service hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.


If you have emailed you should receive an automated response with a ticket number which should be noted for future reference. If this has not been received please check the email address you used to raise the enquiry is correct and forward your query to us


If you have received the automated response please refrain from emailing again as this can push your enquiry further back in the queue as emails are dealt with in order of receipt.


Where we have to refer to the manufacturer or supplier for the resolution we would ask for your patience as these enquiries can take longer to process.
