When placing an order, select the products you wish to purchase. You will be able to enter the voucher code in the 'Apply Discount Code' box in your shopping Cart.
I cannot find the voucher code box
To avoid any confusion the voucher code box will only appear when there is a valid promotion running. If there is no promotional banner showing at the top of the website the code is either expired or invalid.
My voucher code didn't work
Valid codes are always displayed in a banner across the Keengardener Website. Please check if the code matches the one advertised. Please note voucher codes are not valid on all products and any exclusions will be noted on the promotional banner at the top of the website.
How many times can I use the same voucher code?
Keengardener voucher codes are usually valid for a set period of time and will be noted on the promotional banner on the website. The code can be used as many times as you like during this time period.
I forgot to add my voucher code before I confirmed my order. Can the discount still be applied?
Voucher codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
Do you accept Blue Light Cards or Student Discount Cards?
We do not currently accept Blue Light or Student Discount cards
