Do I need to be present for my delivery?

Special Items & Freight Pallet Deliveries

We recommend being present for deliveries sent on a pallet service or delivered directly from the manufacturer. These are booked-in services so you will usually be able to arrange delivery on a day to suit you. Please be advised that orders are delivered on weekdays only (not bank holidays or weekends).

Courier Services

With smaller deliveries via DPD, Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes) you will receive tracking updates provided a valid email was noted on the order. Should you wish to order an item and won't be in for the delivery, we recommend adding delivery instructions at the checkout. Some carriers give the option to leave in a safe place or deliver to a drop shop via the tracking email.

If you are out and delivery is attempted, most couriers will leave a card through the door and attempt redelivery the following working day and will keep you updated via email.
