Delivery times provided are estimates and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates as deliveries are made using 3rd parties.

Some postcodes are subject to longer delivery lead times and this should be noted at the checkout stage.


Orders are despatched Monday to Friday with some products despatched same day if ordered before 2pm. Providing a valid email address was entered at the time of ordering you should receive tracking and email updates from couriers such as DPD, Evri (Hermes), and Tuffnells. Emails are sent on the afternoon your order is despatched from our warehouse. Please check your tracking for the delivery status. In some cases, the courier may require further delivery instructions from you /may advise of a delay in the delivery/offer redelivery options. 

If the tracking shows your order was delivered, please ensure you have checked all possible areas have been checked before contacting Keengardener. We are unable to be held responsible if an item has gone missing after the delivery company has followed specific instructions to leave your delivery in an unsecured location.


Preorder items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer may have a longer delivery lead time. This will be noted at checkout and also in your order confirmation email. The manufacturer will contact you to arrange delivery closer to the despatch date however please note the lead times can be affected by the availability of drivers/routes in your area. 


We advise against booking 3rd parties to carry out any work relating to your goods until you are in receipt of your goods and the goods have been checked.


If there has been no movement on your parcel tracking or the estimated delivery date has passed please contact us with your order number.
