How do I contact a courier?

On the afternoon of the despatch of your order, you will receive an email from Keengardener with your tracking number. The courier will also email with updates providing a valid email address was entered at the time of placing your order.


Please visit the couriers tracking page for updates on your order. Some couriers will give the option of rearranging the delivery or leaving it in a safe place. Contact information and FAQs can be found on each courier's website.

For Tuffnells deliveries you can track your order here however if you need to add any delivery instructions after it has been dispatched please contact us at the earliest opportunity with your order details and instructions and we will contact Tuffnells on your behalf.


For items despatched directly from the manufacturer- you will be contacted by the manufacturer's chosen carrier to arrange a suitable delivery date and confirm any delivery instructions.
