I have not received my order email confirmation?

Usually, failure to receive an order confirmation is due to the incorrect email address being input during the ordering process or that the order has not been successful.


We would advise you to check your junk folder in the first instance. Please contact us including your order number if you have one, and the name and postcode used on the order and we will be happy to resend the confirmation.
