In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a missing or damaged part, we would ask you to contact us including any images and part numbers. We would ask you to thoroughly check all parts before contacting us as additional requests for replacement parts can result in delays.
We will then raise a request with the supplier for a replacement part. Please note delivery lead times for replacements can vary with each supplier.
It is essential that if you plan to use a third party for the assembly or installation of an item ordered from us that you do not book your chosen installer or third party until after the item has been delivered, you have checked all parts are present and the goods have arrived in good condition as we are unable to consider any claim in relation to your obligations with a third party. If you have already booked a third party we advise this is cancelled and re-booked only after the goods have arrived and have been checked
