I have a faulty item after 12 months since the date of purchase

Bosch product 

After 12 months from the date of purchase, any faults covered under warranty would need to be raised directly with Bosch using their Online Repair Service. For items no longer under warranty, you can visit the Bosch Online Spare Parts Shop or alternatively Bosch offers repair service outside of Guarantee: Maxprice. Bosch can be contacted for more information at 0344 736 0109.


Hozelock product

After 12 months from the date of purchase, any faults covered under warranty would need to be raised directly with Hozelock. If the item is out of warranty please call Hozelock for advice on 0121 313 1122 or visit Hozelock Product Support Page or Spare Parts.


Muck Boots

Muck Boots have a 12-month warranty period. 


Palram item

After 12 months from the date of purchase, any faults covered under warranty would need to be raised directly with the manufacturers. Palram can be contacted by phone: 01302 380775 or by email.


Forest item

After 12 months from the date of purchase, any faults covered under warranty would need to be raised directly with the manufacturers. Forest Garden can be contacted here or by phone: 0333 321 3142

All other brands

If the item carries a warranty longer than 12 months please contact the manufacturer directly.
