I believe the item purchased is not fit for purpose?

If you believe the item purchased is not fit for purpose you must contact us within 30 days outlining your concerns.


Please supply us with the following information where applicable so we can review your claim accordingly.

  • Exactly why the item is not fit for the purpose for which it has been advertised.
  • Exactly how the performance differs from claims made on our or the manufacturer's website
  • If you believe there is a specific manufacturing fault
  • A video or images demonstrating the issue you are encountering and that the item is being used in accordance with the manual and specification

Once the above has been supplied your claim will be reviewed by our technical person.
