- Exactly how the performance differs from claims made on our or the manufacturer's website
- If you believe there is a specific manufacturing fault
- A video or images demonstrating the issue you are encountering and that the item is being used in accordance with the manual and specification
Once the above has been supplied your claim will be reviewed by our technical person.
