In the event your barbecue ignition is not working we advise the following points should be checked prior to reporting the issue.
- Batteries are installed, new and correctly orientated (If applicable to your model)
- Connections at both ends, the ignition box and at the opposite end of the cable typically on the bbq frame/gas manifold are connected firmly as well as that the cable is inspected to ensure there is no damage or breaks to the cable
